NOELIA_REVERTE_RECHE

Born in Almería, Spain in 1981, Noelia Reverte Reche began her artistic activity as a classical guitarist, graduating with honors in 2002. In 2005 she entered the world of viola da gamba, studying at the Arturo Soria Conservatory of Madrid under the tutelage of Alfredo Barrales and Fahmi Alqhai. In 2008 she transferred to Milan to continue her studies at the Scuola Civica of Milan with Rodney Prada. She graduated in 2011 and attended an annual course at the Luca Marenzio Conservatorium in Brescia with Vittorio Ghielmi. In 2019 she obtained the Master degree in Interpretation-Concert at the Conservatoire Superieur de Musique in Geneva with Guido Balestracci.
Currently she performs with some of the most prestigious groups both in Italy and abroad: Accademia Bizantina, Il Giardino Armonico, La Divina Armonia, Il Pomo d’Oro, l’Arpeggiata, Il Canto di Orfeo, la Cappella Mediterranea, Il Suonar Parlante, La Risonanza, In Alto, etc. playing in some of the most prestigious venues in Europe: K.Szymanowki Philharmonic Hall in Krakow, Béla Bartók National Concert Hall in Budapest, Kammerkonzert in Salzburg, St. Reinoldikirche in Dortmund, Opéra Royal in Versailles, Shanghai Symphony Hall, Teatro an der Wien in Vienna, Hong Kong City Concert Hall, etc.
In 2011 she created the ensemble “Il Caleidoscopio” together with violinist Lathika Vithanage and harpist Flora Papadopoulos, specialized in Italian and English seventeenth-century repertoire, with whom she recorded an album around the Harp Consorts of William Lawes (Brilliant Classics).
Alongside her concert activity, Noelia Reverte Reche carries out important didactic activities. She is professor of viola da gamba in the courses of the Festival de Música Renacentista y Barroca of Vélez Blanco (Almería) and the Scuola di Musica Costanzo Porta in Cremona. In addition, from 2017 to 2021 she has been professor of viola da gamba at the Conservatorio Ottorino Respighi in Latina.
She has taken part in recording projects for Arcana, Stradivarius, Brilliant Classics, Erato and Deutsche Harmonia Mundi.
